Some exciting news from the EDRAY team in Charlotte: Monica Devereaux has joined EDRAY to lead commercial development.
Monica will work closely with EDRAY customers to deepen partnerships, identify opportunities to create greater value, and help expand EDRAY’s impact across the import supply chain.
She joins EDRAY from Nolan Transportation Group, where she spent 11 years in marketing and sales, most recently as vice president of enterprise sales.
“Monica has spent more than a decade on the shipper side of these conversations, so she understands where the pain points are,” said Reade Kidd, EDRAY CEO. “She also knows what it takes to build and scale in a high-growth environment. That combination of customer perspective and commercial experience comes at an important time for EDRAY. As the voice of the customer and head of account management, Monica will help us continue to deliver on what we’ve built and play an important role in taking EDRAY to the next level.”
When we sat down with our newest member of the leadership team, here’s what excites Monica most about the journey ahead:
“Importers have been told for years that visibility is the answer, but there is still a significant gap between knowing what is happening and getting freight delivered efficiently, and that is where EDRAY is different. Throughout my career in multimodal transportation, I have seen investment and innovation across the industry, while the import side remains fragmented and underserved. I was immediately impressed with EDRAY because it goes beyond visibility to help importers operate more efficiently, reduce costs and solve the problems that create disruptions. I’m excited to bring that differentiated approach to more importers.”
Welcome, Monica. We’re glad you’re here!
